Harry Powells adaption of nothern Europe Historical glass techniques includes the use of prunts as shown. They come in various forms. 1. Raspberry prunts. A small hand mould is impressed onto the blob when hot flattening it and leaving the appearance of the fruit. 2. A simple blob of glass without decoration. 3.A rolled ball sometimes called a noisette or seed,or even jewel depending on size. 4. A series of prunts drawn into spikes. 5. Rarest of all the seal impressed with designs or names.
