James Michael Livezey25/06/10 Your first assumption was correct. This is a 9377. James.
Emmi Smith18/08/05 It is true I couldn't find it in my limited catalogue access, but I spotted it on the IS Whitefriars listed just a few days ago...so assumed someone knowledgable had found it...so thought I'd let Tiger know. sorry if I have mislead you, it must be by another maker as I first suggested!!!
David Fletcher18/08/05 It can't be Pattern 9506. If it is Sea Green then its prior to 1963. These were 3.75" high up to 63 and then 2.75" to 69. It also looks the wrong shape and is still too short! Nearest I can see is Pattern 9293 in the 1950 Catalogue but its still 3" high!
tiger chips16/08/05 Thanks for your help Emmi.
Emmi Smith16/08/05 Have just found this in the IS WHITEFRIARS section..Pat. No: 9506 described as 2.75 high (always slight variations in height) and this will be Sea Green. Don';t know exactly which year it was produced but guess about 1957.
Emmi Smith13/08/05 P.S. I have several of these ((9377) and they have a small polished ground pontil, so although yours looks very similar except for the size and flat base, maybe it's by another maker?
Emmi Smith13/08/05 It looks like Pat. No: 9377 which I found in the 1957 catalogue, but this is described as 3.5" high?? Colours listed as Flint, Amber, Green, Blue, Twilight and Ruby. So either your measurement is incorrect, or there's another smaller one somewhere!!
