This is the Bellows decanter with "poppy head" stopper See Jackson fig 67 page 27 probably 1880s.The stopper is original and seperately worth a lot of money as a replacement.See also Jackson p102 plate 102.

I have the same decanter but the stopper is different. did they make different versions?
