This is classic WF, I have no doubt whatsoever!

I have one of similar shape. It was described to me as Powell, but the two ref books do not show a Powel decanter with a high 'shoulder' bulge in the body, so I have always doubted the WF attribution. However there is a high shoulder example in the V&A which they claim is OK.
